Small Hole Drilling in Aluminum

Although we are only a few days into the New Year, we have completed many Small Hole Drilling projects for our customers.  Among these is included a project in which we laser drilled multiple arrays of microholes in aluminum for one of our University partners: holes ranging from 50 to 300 microns in diameter were drilled through the substrates.  Once each five hole array was drilled, a 7mm disc containing the array was cut from the aluminum sheet.  We have extensive experience drilling holes in almost any material.  We utilize laser drilling, micro CNC drilling, and micro-drill systems and typically can turn parts around within a couple of days or less.
