Terms and Conditions
All prototyping projects are “Best Effort”. We will commit to communicating with you in a timely fashion the status and degree of success in the project, the intent that we will work in Partnership with you to accomplish your objectives. Potomac Photonics retains all rights to Intellectual Property with regard to laser processes utilized during the project.
Past Due Invoices
All past due invoices shall bear interest at the rate of two percent (2%) per month. Purchaser shall also pay costs of collection, including attorney’s fees, if any invoice is referred to an attorney for collection after default in payment.
Shipping
For custom orders, shipping charges are charged at cost, with no packaging or handling fees attached. We use Fed-Ex or UPS, and rates will be communicated with the customer prior to shipment. Online materials or supply orders are subject to a flat fee shipping amount based on order total.
