C. Paul Christensen

Paul is the founder of the Company and a world expert in laser systems and micromachining. He has 37 years experience in research, development and marketing of technology associated with lasers and laser applications. He has a BSEE degree, a MSEE from MIT, and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. Following his degree work, he served for six years on the research faculty in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Southern California. In 1979, Dr. Christensen received a two-year appointment from the National Science Foundation to direct its Quantum Electronics, Waves, and Beams Program.
