Laser cut slots in 0.015 thick stainless steel.  Slots are 0.004 wide.  Potomac has the capability to machine features in almost any type of metal material including Nitinol, Copper, Brass and Tantalum quickly and cost-effectively.   All that is required is drawing to get started.
